The Inaugural Scripps Ranch Frosty Fun Run And 5K

Lake Miramar
Things to know:
Please park near MRE and walk up to Lake Miramar as the parking lots fill up fast and then you can go to the Holiday Market after the run.
Bring a water bottle—to reduce waste, we have water refill stations, but no cups.
Lake Miramar is open to the public during our event, please remember that we are sharing the space.
Please stay off the paved pathway when not doing the run so others can get through,
Stay to the right, and
Be mindful of others.
The start will be by the west parking lot at Lake Miramar. Please queue up below the paved path on the bark area (closer to the lake, it will be marked.)
You may choose which distance you participate in.
5K starts with a warm up at 8:15, with the run beginning at 8:30 am
1 mile starts at 9:15 am

The inaugural Scripps Ranch Frosty Fun Run & 5K and Holiday Craft Market will be on Saturday, December 7, brought to you by the Miramar Ranch FFA. Support and connect with your community for this family friendly event! Strollers, ugly sweaters, holiday costumes, and Christmas jammies are welcome. T-shirts will be given to all paid entrants. After the run, please join us at MRE, grab some food and hot cocoa from a vendor or two, and stroll through the Holiday Craft Market.
The Frosty Fun Run and 5K will take place at Miramar Lake. The event will begin and end at the side parking lot on the West side of the Reservoir. Starting gun is at 8:30 am for the 5K, and 9:15 am for the 1-mile Fun Run. The course will feature water refilling stations, music, and a photo opportunity.
